Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure vehicle is off and battery disconnected.

  1. Remove existing stereo: Use DIN tools to release and remove old unit.
  2. Connect wiring harness: Match colors (Red: 12V Ignition, Yellow: 12V Battery, Black: Ground, etc.).
  3. Connect speakers: Ensure correct polarity (positive/negative wires).
  4. Connect antenna plug to rear antenna input.
  5. Secure unit in dash: Insert mounting sleeve, then slide stereo into place.
  6. Reconnect vehicle battery and test functions.

WARNING! Disconnect vehicle battery before installation to prevent short circuits. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.

First-Time Setup

Reconnect battery, turn on ignition, and power on the stereo.

  1. Set the clock: Press and hold the DISP button until clock blinks, use TUNE/SEEK to adjust.
  2. Program radio presets: Tune to desired station, press and hold a preset button (1-6) for 2 seconds.
  3. Adjust audio settings: Use SOUND button to cycle through Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader.

Security Features

Detachable Faceplate: Remove by pressing release button and pulling faceplate off. Store in protective case. Anti-Theft LED: Flashes when faceplate is removed to deter theft.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect battery or remove faceplate before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth for faceplate and display. For stubborn dirt, dampen cloth slightly with water. Do not use solvents.

CAUTION! Never spray liquids directly onto the unit. Keep faceplate away from excessive heat or moisture.
