Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure vehicle is off and battery disconnected.

  1. Prepare wiring: Connect the supplied wiring harness to vehicle harness using crimp connectors or solder.
  2. Mount the unit: Insert mounting sleeve into dashboard, secure with bent tabs. Slide stereo into sleeve until it clicks.
  3. Connect antenna: Plug vehicle antenna cable into rear ANT connector.
  4. Reconnect battery and test functions before final assembly.

WARNING! Disconnect negative battery terminal before installation to prevent short circuits. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.

First-Time Setup

After installation, reconnect battery and power on the unit.

  1. Set the clock: Press and hold CLOCK button, use TUNE/SEEK to adjust time, press again to set.
  2. Program radio presets: Tune to desired station, press and hold a numbered button (1-6) for AM or (1-18) for FM.

Care & Maintenance

Keep unit clean and dry. Use soft, dry cloth for faceplate and display. For stubborn dirt, dampen cloth slightly with water. Do not use solvents.
