Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure vehicle is off and battery disconnected.

First-Time Setup

Playing Media

  1. Insert CD: Press EJECT, load disc label-side up.
  2. USB playback: Insert drive, unit auto-detects and starts playing.
  3. Navigate: Use PREV/NEXT to skip tracks; fast-forward with FF button.
  4. Repeat/Random: Press RPT or RDM during playback.
  5. Folder navigation (USB): Use left/right arrows to browse folders.
  6. Pause: Press PLAY/PAUSE to pause/resume.
  7. Eject: Press EJECT to remove CD.

WARNING! Do not insert damaged discs or foreign objects into CD slot. Avoid extreme temperatures for media storage.

Bluetooth & Hands-Free

Pairing: Enable BT on phone, select "XR-4800" from list. Enter PIN 0000 if prompted. Hands-Free: Answer calls with PHONE button; reject with long press. Voice dial: Press and hold PHONE for voice commands (phone dependent).

Care & Maintenance

Use soft, dry cloth for cleaning faceplate and display. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Detach faceplate before cleaning. Store faceplate in protective case when not in use.
